Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
15+ years of progressive experience managing enterprise-scale regulatory, medical affairs, or clinical data platforms.
Biotech/pharma or life sciences experience strongly preferred.
Proven experience leading Directors and Managers with budget and vendor accountability.

Responsibilities

Own multi-year platform strategy and roadmaps aligned to regulatory, medical affairs, and clinical data priorities.
Lead governance, delivery, and cross-functional collaboration across Reg, Medical & CDU.
Ensure regulatory compliance, data integrity, validation, and audit readiness.
Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and partner with Enterprise IT and Information Security.
