Job summary

Significance Inc. is seeking a DIA Real Property Accountable Officer to support an upcoming federal program at Joint Base Anacostia Bolling in Washington, DC. This onsite role requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.

The incumbent will manage financial and project oversight for DIA real property, including leases and occupancy agreements, while coordinating with the Facilities Business Management Team and ARCHIBUS systems. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant DoD/IC real property management experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office, ARCHIBUS and BUILDER.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and project management support to the DIA.
• Perform budget analysis, oversight, reporting, and planning for mission-critical initiatives across DIA operations.
• Support DoD real property management, including leases and occupancy agreements.
• Maintain and verify information per applicable laws.
• Review leases and support agreements for compliance.
• Advise on expiring leases and renewal options.
• Collaborate with Facilities Business Management Team to track costs.
• Assist ARCHIBUS team to plan, program and track budgets and assets.
• Travel worldwide as required.
