Regions Bank is seeking a Corporate Real Estate Project Manager to coordinate design, space planning, construction, and interior finish needs for our facilities, ensuring optimal occupancy and operating efficiency across Regions’ large footprint of owned and leased locations.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and five years of project planning experience; banking or financial services experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five years of project planning or related experience.
• Banking or financial services industry experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, vendors and safety considerations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design, space planning, construction, and interior finish for Regions facilities.
• Manage construction and renovation projects from planning to completion.
• Support space management systems with inventory of building plans.
• Provide furniture and move management for Regions locations.
• Monitor budgets, vendor services and project reporting.
• Ensure quality customer service and strategic project planning.
• Oversee health/safety environmental issues and cost efficiencies.
