Job summary

Compass, a NYC-based real estate platform, seeks a Senior Marketing Advisor to guide marketing strategy, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive growth for top-performing agents. You’ll manage custom campaigns, liaise with design, and optimize regional initiatives to maximize value for clients.

The role is on-site at our NYC HUB (110 Fifth Avenue). 3–5 years of marketing experience in real estate or luxury brands is preferred, with strong digital and print marketing capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of marketing experience in-brand, agency, or real estate brokerage
• Strong understanding of real estate and local market nuances
• Deep understanding of marketing strategy across channels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Expert project management with timelines and budgets
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with evolving responsibilities
• Passion for marketing and technology and their benefits
• Real estate marketing or luxury brand experience is a plus
• Proficient with MS Office, Google Suite and Apple iWork (Keynote)
• Knowledge of Facebook/Instagram/YouTube ads platforms
• Experience with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) preferred
• Real estate experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and white-glove service as expert advisor to Compass Marketing.
• Support execution of initiatives for top-tier and mid-tier agents to drive growth.
• Project manage creation of custom agent marketing needs; coordinate design and vendors; report on metrics.
• Develop marketing strategies and recommendations across branding, print, digital, social, video, paid media.
• Analyze and optimize marketing plans to exceed agent expectations.
• Serve as subject matter expert on market performance and regional nuances.
• Coordinate with design to ensure cohesive Compass and agent brands.
• Manage large projects and materials across design, photography, copywriting.
• Program manage regional and brand initiatives like local market reports and social accounts.
• Deliver surprise & delight experiences with proactive value.
• Inspire culture and drive positive change within the team.
