Qualifications

• 2+ years of financial modeling/analytical experience.
• Demonstrated interest/knowledge of commercial real estate development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite acquisition and development opportunities using Excel and Argus.
• Conduct market research and site evaluations.
• Compile Investment Committee Memoranda for potential transactions.
