Job summary

Burkert USA Corp seeks a Manager of Quality Planning, NPI, and Supplier Development to drive quality strategy across the full product lifecycle, with emphasis on new product introduction, supplier development, and QMS integration for biopharma, lab, analytical, and medical applications.

The role ensures robust quality planning, supplier capability development, regulatory compliance, and seamless industrialization of products, fostering a data-driven quality culture with the external supply base

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, or related field (master's preferred).
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certified is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead APQP frameworks for regulated industries.
• Define quality strategies aligned with growth and new market expansion.
• Lead risk-based methodologies across product and process development.
• Align internal and supplier quality with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Lead quality execution across the NPI lifecycle from concept to post-launch.
