Job summary

Infosys seeks a Process Principal to lead enterprise-wide process analysis and automation initiatives within our Retail, Consumer Goods, and Logistics unit. You will champion innovative analytics, guide IT solution evaluations, and standardize process documentation while shaping strategic technology adoption.

Responsibilities include directing multi-team SAP testing programs, owning end-to-end delivery across distributed teams, and engaging clients with strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; three years of progressive experience may substitute for education.
• Relocation and/or travel to work/project location may be required.
• Citizenship/work authorization: US work authorization without employer sponsorship.

In the assigned Job Role of Process Principal, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Direct enterprise-wide process analysis, championing innovative analytical methodologies to identify optimization opportunities, automate workflows, and drive transformative business outcomes
• Guide strategic evaluations and benchmarking studies of IT solutions, establishing automation-driven criteria to enhance efficiency and align with client objectives
• Oversee the creation and standardization of comprehensive process documentation, ensuring clear communication and accessibility for stakeholders and teams
• Drive research and evaluation of process automation tools and systems, providing strategic insights for adopting technologies that align with business goals and foster innovation
• Lead the development of process-centric solution architectures, integrating advanced technologies to optimize workflows, streamline operations, and enable continuous improvement

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
