Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field is required.
• Five+ years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience is required.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred.

• Manage supplier performance related to quality, delivery, cost, and service levels.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships to support business needs and manufacturing requirements.
• Create, negotiate, and manage supplier contracts and related purchasing programs (including supplier-managed inventory).
• Drive cost management initiatives and identify savings opportunities to meet cost reduction targets.
• Support supplier consolidation, sourcing activities, and material planning strategies for efficiency and continuity.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Product Development to resolve supplier and material issues.
• Support engineering change orders, new product development, and cross-functional sourcing projects.
• Lead or support procurement-related projects and process improvements.
