Job summary

You will manage Oracle Procurement integrations, train end users, monitor supplier performance, and maintain procurement records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; procurement certifications preferred.
• Five years purchasing experience, preferably in a public sector entity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with Oracle Procurement / Purchasing modules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement activities including solicitation development and contract support.
• Review bids for compliance and support negotiations; recommend awards.
• Develop sourcing strategies to maximize value and vendor diversification.
• Maintain procurement records and prepare reports and correspondence.
• Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to resolve purchasing issues.
• Lead training and enhancements for the Oracle Purchasing Module.
