Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of purchasing/procurement experience in manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management track record.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and procurement software.
• CPSM or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
• Manage supplier relationships, including contract negotiation and performance evaluation.
• Oversee procurement of raw materials, components, and MRO supplies.
• Lead and mentor a team of purchasing professionals.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to forecast material needs and manage inventory levels.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity of operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the purchasing department.
