Job summary

Million Dollar Baby Co. in Los Angeles is seeking a Purchasing team member to optimize inventory across warehouses. You will analyze historical sales, inventory levels, and forecast demand to drive efficient stocking and collaborations with Logistics, Sales, and Branding.

You will manage vendors, maintain PO accuracy, and lead initiatives to improve inventory processes company-wide. This is a full-time on-site role with strong cross-functional exposure.

Qualifications

• Able to manage projects across multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SKU lifecycle and maintain accuracy to internal standards.
• Serve as primary contact for vendors and set expectations.
• Develop inventory strategies to optimize stock levels and efficiency.
• Monitor inventory health to prevent stockouts and overstocks.
• Lead process improvement projects to enhance inventory management.
• Communicate inventory health to upstream and downstream stakeholders.
• Coordinate factory production and shipping schedules to forecast demand.
