Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with two years of related purchasing or manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedures.
• Strong data gathering, analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports updating management and affected parties on procurement status.
• Manage Supplier Portal; liaise between supplier, purchasing and IT.
• Resolve ecommerce related issues and create data queries from systems.
• Communicate with internal and external parties to disseminate information.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate projects; represent Purchasing in meetings.
• Maintain KPI data and related databases; support policy development and compliance.
