The Keystone Distinction Group seeks a strategic Purchaser to lead our growing e-commerce and dropship purchasing program. You’ll think like a trader, spot market opportunities, and own purchases from sourcing to delivery in a fast-moving consumer electronics environment.

You’ll build supplier relationships, negotiate favorable terms, manage risk and cash flow, and coordinate with Sales and Product teams to optimize inventory, pricing, and margins for Connect.

• Develop and maintain supplier networks and negotiate favorable terms.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for pricing and inventory decisions.

Responsibilities

• Stay on top of market pricing and product trends.
• Decide when to buy, wait, or pass on a deal and determine stock levels.
• Use promotions and market opportunities to improve margins.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and traders.
• Negotiate competitive pricing and terms with suppliers.
• Take ownership of financial outcomes of purchases from order to delivery.
• Monitor inventory, sales trends, and market prices to make stock decisions.
• Coordinate with sales and product teams before buying and when inventory needs to be sold through.
