Avōq is seeking a communications fellow to join a dynamic team and gain hands-on experience in public affairs and corporate reputation. The role suits politicos, policy enthusiasts, or those aiming to enter corporate comms, with a strong emphasis on research, writing, and strategic messaging.

The Fellow Program runs 6–12 months with potential extension and promotion depending on performance. The team values collaboration, diversity, and purposeful work across campaigns and client projects.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and research skills.
• Interest in digital advocacy techniques, including online marketing.
• Experience with digital media and media production is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Research, prepare reports, and assist staff on client requests.
• Support public affairs campaign management, media relations, and strategic messaging.
• Engage in grassroots advocacy and digital campaigning.
• Assist on a variety of office tasks and client deliverables.
• Collaborate with senior staff to meet client needs.
