This role blends data management with relationship-building, ensuring enrollment records are accurate and compliant with payer standards, while communicating clearly with payers, clinics, and providers to support patient access and revenue integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of provider enrollment, billing, or credentialing experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Experience with EPIC and Morrisey is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive the provider enrollment process from application receipt through directory inclusion, managing initial enrollment, re-credentialing, and revalidation.
• Execute comprehensive data entry to maintain enrollment database integrity and compliance.
• Verify required documentation and information to ensure proper processing.
• Issue welcome, denial, or termination letters and maintain clear enrollment communications.
• Serve as liaison between payers, clinics, and providers to manage participation status.
• Research and resolve denied claims and enrollment issues with strong analytical skills.
• Communicate with stakeholders in a clear, professional manner and maintain practitioner files with confidentiality.
• Document health plan activities and follow-up attempts to create a complete audit trail.
