Qualifications

• Masters’ degree required; 7+ years in prospect development and 4+ years in management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve UK’s prospect development function and analytics strategy.
• Build proactive portfolio assignment, pipeline management, and donor identification systems.
• Collaborate with gift officers, deans, and senior leaders to guide fundraising decisions.
• Translate complex donor data into actionable fundraising strategies for frontline teams.
