Job summary

EnviroVantage is seeking a Proposal & Pursuit Specialist to coordinate and execute marketing, proposal, and pursuit activities in support of business development and sales efforts.

You will partner with Business Development, Sales, Estimating, and subject matter experts to develop proposals, pre-qualifications, presentations, and marketing collateral, ensuring compliance and on-time delivery in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, proposal coordination, business development, sales, or related roles.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
• Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end development of proposal packages and ensure timely delivery for reviews and submissions.
• Review solicitations (RFPs, invitations to bid, etc.) to develop proposal checklists and schedules.
• Coordinate proposal development activities with cross-functional teams and management.
• Prepare proposal packages, pre-qualification statements, presentations, and supporting documentation.
• Draft, edit, format, and proofread proposal content for consistency in messaging and branding.
• Build collaborative relationships across Operations, Estimating, Project Management, Safety, and Business Development.
• Serve as admin and project support for lead research, materials for presentations, events, and client meeting logistics.
• Assist with HubSpot updates: opportunity tracking, meeting notes, and pursuit records.
