The role builds PBM knowledge, supports on-time deliverables, and requires clear communication with all levels. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 0-2 years experience and MS Office expertise; Qvidian/Salesforce are a bonus. Full-time with comprehensive benefits.

• Demonstrated ability to manage and organize projects from start to completion.

Responsibilities

• Formatting proposals to meet internal marketing specifications.
• Responding to RFP questions using a database of internal content.
• Organizing, attending, and leading strategy calls with key stakeholders.
• Customizing and modifying responses for client content.
• Creating timelines and ensuring milestones are met.
• Preparing and reviewing final documents for client deadlines.
