• Collaborate with other departments and experts to coordinate market research.
• Research and document market trends about various industries.
• Share research data with the business and management team.
• Ensure project objectives are delivered timely and under budget.
• Ensure delivery milestones are confirmed and signed off by stakeholders.
• Monitor SOW renewal and identify renewal risks.
• Establish relationships with key client-side stakeholders.
