Responsibilities

• Review project business cases to ensure costs and internal labor are identified.
• Approve business cases and present cases to governing body.
• Define integration needs with other projects, systems, and business processes.
• Provide regular status information to all project stakeholders.
• Interface with upper management on project statuses.
• Review plans and schedules of other participating functions for master schedule compliance.
• Resolve scheduling and inter-functional conflicts.
• Participate in or lead daily, weekly, or monthly meetings.
• Review, track, and report on project statuses and deviations.
• Coordinate project teams from inception through completion.
