Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in the lead management role for a construction manager or CM at Risk firm.
• Experience leading multiple project teams on large scale projects.
• Proficient in Cost Reporting.
• Basic understanding of schedule software principles and logic.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction and supervision of projects.
• Establish operational priorities and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Direct project reporting requirements and assist with development of standard operating procedures.
• Manage preconstruction phase working with estimating teams.
• Oversee project performance and ensure client satisfaction.
