Job summary

Inhabit seeks a Strategic Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives aligned with long-term business objectives. You will manage scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, and risks while delivering measurable outcomes and clear stakeholder communication.

The role is data-driven, requiring GA4, CRM experience, and the ability to translate performance data into strategic recommendations. Office-based with some remote collaboration in a fast-changing PropTech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in account/project management, digital marketing, or strategic consulting.
• Experience navigating GA4 with strong SEO, PPC, email marketing knowledge.
• Proven ability to deliver strategic initiatives with execution and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate into strategic recommendations.
• Experience using CRM and marketing analytics tools to track success.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills with clear data presentation.
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with clients and serve as their primary contact.
• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives across teams.
• Communicate data and marketing strategies during customer conversations.
