QISG in Tampa, FL is hiring a Project Cost Specialist to join the Project Controls team. You will monitor project financial performance across EPC energy and utility projects, develop budgets, track costs, and provide leadership with accurate reporting to support decision-making.

The role requires 4+ years in cost management, proficiency with JDE, EcoSys, Procore, Excel, and Power BI, and travel up to 15%. This is a full-time, in-office position with competitive salary and benefits.

• Expertise in forecasting, cost control, change management, and risk analysis.
• Convert complex financials into clear, actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Track, analyze, and control project costs for EPC energy and utility infrastructure projects.
• Monitor project budgets, actual costs, forecasts, and cost trends.
• Develop and maintain EAC/ETC for accurate forecasting.
• Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) to evaluate project performance and variances.
• Prepare cost reports, dashboards, and forecasts for leadership.
