Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) seeks a senior business analyst to lead analysis, ensure cross-functional alignment, and oversee major initiatives from inception to completion. You will coordinate teams, resources, and budgets to meet dynamic timelines, engaging with senior management across divisions.

Note: Candidates requiring visa sponsorship are not eligible. This role adheres to a hybrid flex policy with three in-office days weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of experience OR 9+ years in business analysis, process improvement, project management, or health care operations.
• Experience communicating with senior management across divisions.
• Experience developing and delivering presentations.
• Strong problem-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends.
• Ability to interpret business and financial information.
• Negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across departments.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects.
• Detail-oriented.
• Proficient with MS Office products.
