STARLIMS Corporation is hiring a Senior Manager, Strategic Programs to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and ELT. This execution role transforms priorities into plans, drives cross-functional programs to completion, and delivers leadership decisions with measurable results.

You will manage ELT cadence, coordinate quarterly reviews, and oversee board materials while partnering with the CEO to translate priorities into actionable timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy, business operations, program management, or consulting— ideally in SaaS/high-growth tech.
• Track record leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Exceptionally detail-oriented; ensures no open commitments.
• Structured thinker; brings order to ambiguity with clear workstreams.
• High motivation and grit; self-directed and proactive in follow-through.
• Strong executive communication and relationship-building; board-ready materials.
• Sound judgment handling confidential information.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Drive ELT meeting cadence: agendas, materials, follow-ups, action-item tracking.
• Advance CEO and company priorities to completion through coordination.
• Design and own the QBR process; standardize format, cadence, inputs, and reviews.
• Coordinate materials for board and board-related meetings.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans with owners and timelines.
• Lead cross-functional strategic programs (e.g., product launches, M&A integration, GTM initiatives).
• Track progress against goals; surface risks and decisions needing executive attention.
• Build an OKR system from company level down through functions and drive adoption.
• Build reporting that gives real-time visibility into priorities and commitments.
• Identify and resolve process bottlenecks that slow execution.
