• Collaborate with teams to identify and propose solutions using data analysis to improve services or products.
• Oversee development and execution of specialized workflows for program needs with measurable outcomes.
• Provide leadership and guidance to teams for workflow improvements and staff development.
• Represent JAX at industry events and strategic meetings, contributing to discussions.
• Oversee creation of resources for stakeholders or the public to disseminate program information.
