Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Program Protection Security Specialist to coordinate safeguards across government and contractor teams, develop protection plans, and monitor vulnerabilities to protect critical assets. This role requires TS clearance and deep experience in SAP/SCI environments.

You will lead multiple security efforts, prepare briefings and SOPs, and ensure security considerations are embedded in program planning and execution. A relevant degree plus 4+ years of experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Special Access Program (SAP) and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) environments.
• Experience developing security plans, program protection plans, Security Classification Guides, and OPSEC plans.
• Experience preparing briefings, reports, SOPs, and indoctrination training.
• Ability to coordinate across government, contractor, and external stakeholders, and lead teams in classified settings.
• Ability to lead multiple security efforts independently.
• Top Secret clearance required.
• 4+ years in program protection or related field; or advanced degree with similar experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safeguards with government, contractor, and external stakeholders across engineering, operations and security.
• Develop and maintain program-protection plans, strategies, and supporting documentation.
• Identify critical assets and integrate protective requirements into activities.
• Provide leadership briefings and recommendations; monitor threat conditions and adapt protective strategies.
