Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an experienced Program Manager on a full-time contract basis to plan, coordinate, and deliver complex programs aligned with strategic goals. You will work across operations, technology, product, marketing, and finance to ensure timely, on-budget outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in program management, strong communication, and familiarity with project management tools. Remote or hybrid work options may be available based on program needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, operations, or related discipline.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple programs from initiation to completion.
• Develop program plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, tech, product, marketing, finance.
• Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies; develop mitigations.
• Prepare reports and dashboards; communicate with stakeholders and leadership.
