Job summary

Divcon in Dallas is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive accountability and standardize project delivery across data center portfolios. You will align Project Executives, PMs, and cross-functional partners with the SVP of Operations to ensure consistent execution and risk control.

The role emphasizes dashboards, process improvements, and timely escalation, with exposure to complex, multi-site programs and executive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, PM, construction, operations, or engineering.
• 5+ years of related experience in construction or project management domains.
• Experience with multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional leadership.
• Knowledge of project management standards, reporting, and portfolio tracking.
• Experience implementing standardized workflows and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison for project management accountability and execution across teams.
• Monitor adherence to PM processes, standards, and reporting across portfolios.
• Identify overdue or noncompliant activities and drive resolution with leaders.
• Maintain dashboards, schedules, and risk reviews for leadership visibility.
• Track commitments from leadership reviews and audits through completion.
• Develop and roll out new PM processes and tools with cross-functional partners.
