Job summary

Sanmina seeks a Program Manager to oversee end-to-end programs, ensuring processes are followed and stage gates are monitored. You will manage commercial terms, pricing, and invoicing while driving cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance or equivalent experience.
• At least 6 years proven experience in a Program Management position.
• Experience in Customer Fulfillment, Electronics Manufacturing, and New Product Introduction.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Proficient with Oracle and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee processes and call out non-conformance, issues and risks.
• Manage commercial terms, pricing changes and invoicing.
• Drive pricing negotiations and develop quotes for incremental work.
• Track financial performance including revenue, gross margin and ROIs.
• Lead risk management and escalations with senior management.
