Job summary

This role emphasizes data analysis, stakeholder collaboration, risk mitigation, and building diverse teams while delivering exceptional client service and aligning operations with overall business strategy.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing or supporting system migration and implementation projects within financial services or asset management.
• Knowledge of asset management business and trade lifecycle.
• Experience producing runbooks and production support processes.
• Experience with outsourcing operations in a middle office setting.
• Understanding middle office functions, especially in fixed income operations and trade support.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of strategic plans into high-impact programs and projects.
• Oversee program execution with risk mitigation and timely commitments.
