Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) in Tulsa, OK seeks an experienced Program Manager to oversee project execution, manage risks, and liaise between project management and planning teams.

You will drive milestones, coordinate with suppliers and customers, and ensure timely, quality deliverables. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business or related field, 5+ years in aerospace/manufacturing, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required
• 5+ years experience in aerospace/manufacturing
• PMP certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead regular project team meetings to discuss progress and resolve bottlenecks
• Develop and implement program milestone and delivery schedules with internal/external dates
• Coordinate with Planning, Production Control, Procurement, Quality on startup and first lot tracking
• Create risk assessment and mitigation plans; communicate progress to team and management
• Manage customer/program relationships from contract award through life cycle
• Review program metrics and align with departmental KPIs
• Make strategic recommendations for programs
• Conduct lessons learned and drive process improvements
