Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Program Manager, Major Deployments - Site Security based in the United States to drive strategic operational programs that turn emerging technologies into measurable enterprise value.

You will lead evaluation, business-case development, and the deployment of solutions across commercial site security environments, partnering with Product, Engineering, Security, IT, Manufacturing, and Operations to scale pilots into repeatable operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise operational programs or large transformations.
• Proven track record moving technologies from pilot to enterprise deployment.
• Experience building ROI analyses and executive recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation frameworks for new technologies and operational capabilities.
• Develop ROI models, business cases, and investment recommendations.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Security, IT, Manufacturing, and Operations to deploy solutions.
• Own transition of pilots into scalable processes with governance and metrics.
• Define program scope, milestones, budgets, and execution plans across multiple initiatives.
• Develop executive-level reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Mentor a team of program managers and operations experts.
