The City of New York is seeking an Administrative Staff Analyst to join the Office of Program Management & Sustainability within ACS. The role focuses on budgeting, policy development, and program analytics to support child welfare and preventive services.

The ideal candidate has a master’s degree with at least four years of professional experience in budget administration, data analysis, or program evaluation, and strong collaboration skills to work with internal teams and contracted providers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field with substantial analytical experience.
• Experience in budget administration, accounting, or fiscal management.
• Experience in program development, data analysis, or policy evaluation.
• Strong communication and collaboration across internal and external partners.

Responsabilités

• Manage strategic vision and ensure consistent workflows across OPMS teams.
• Provide supervision and capacity building in project management, data analytics, and human-centered design.
• Supervise two major workstreams: Family Experience Survey and Family Feedback Initiative.
• Plan and facilitate communications with internal and external partners.
• Lead crosswalk workstreams aligning Prevention Standards with PAMS and Scorecard requirements.
• Collaborate with Policy, Planning, and Measurement to analyze data and inform decisions.
• Coordinate with contracted resources to enhance prevention service delivery.
• Prepare documents and presentations for leadership and partners.

Formation

Master's degree in economics, finance, accounting, public administration or related field

4+ years of professional experience in budget, fiscal management or program evaluation
