• Establish and chair client‑side Steering Committee meetings.
• Define program roadmap and business case for multi‑phase engagements.
• Navigate and resolve organizational blockers at the C-suite level.
• Conduct strategic reviews of project plans to identify risks.
• Oversee the consolidated program budget and manage P&L.
• Mentor Project Managers on applying Centric PMO methodology.
• Review budget and resource allocation forecasts for accuracy.
