Brilliant Corners seeks a Budget Manager – Business Operations to strengthen financial planning, budget integrity, and resource allocation across all programs and regions. You will translate complex budgets into actionable insights, identify risks, and support leadership with robust analyses.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Operations, this role requires cross-functional collaboration, strong attention to detail, and the ability to drive improvements in time reporting and staffing

Qualifications

• 3+ years budgeting for social service or non-profit programs.
• Experience coordinating across multiple departments.
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
• Leadership experience managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting processes across programs and regions.
• Validate budgets against funder requirements and internal assumptions.
• Coordinate with directors to align budgeting with program goals.
• Improve time reporting and staffing allocation processes.
• Support financial modeling for grant funding and cash flow.
