Job summary

Milken Institute is seeking a Senior Associate for Pathways to Capital to advance inclusive capitalism through research, program design, and cross‑functional collaboration. You will support marquee events, track impact, and partner with the ICAP team to engage investors and diverse communities.

The role emphasizes project leadership, rigorous analysis, and strong communication across time zones, with occasional travel and evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Knowledge of financial markets, asset management, and financial inclusion or HBCUs are advantageous.
• 2–5 years of professional experience, preferably in financial services or economics.
• Excellent writing, editing, and analytical skills.
• Comfortable taking ownership, leading, and reporting on projects.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to research and thought leadership to advance inclusive capitalism in the capital markets.
• Deepen engagement with institutional investors, market participants, and other stakeholders.
• Support ICAP programs and initiatives, including the HBCU Strategic Initiative and Fellowship Program.
• Coordinate Fellow and program logistics, supporting recruitment and engagement activities.
