Qualifications

• Must possess foundational analytical skills including qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Ability to gather, organize data and identify trends under supervision.
• Familiarity with program evaluation concepts and performance indicators.

Responsibilities

• Applying basic qualitative and quantitative methods under close supervision to gather and organize data, identify trends, and prepare preliminary recommendations for improving program efficiency and effectiveness.
• Possessing a basic understanding of analytical techniques and familiarity with administrative laws, policies, regulations, and precedents applicable to public programs.
• Contributing to program evaluation efforts by assisting in identifying performance indicators, gathering data, and applying basic statistical techniques to support evaluations of program outcomes.
• Providing entry-level support in conducting analytical studies and evaluations to assist the effectiveness of agency programs, operations, and management processes.
