Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan, research, analyze, and liaise with internal and external entities; coordinate with planning staff.
• Identify issues and provide analysis to the Supervisor and Director, Policy, and Programs.
• Review Feasibility studies on behalf of Reclamation and the Department prior to submittal to the Office of Management and Budget and Congress.
• Provide program management for the Rural Water Supply Program, including proposed allocations of funding for authorized projects.
• Lead development of reports, funding opportunities, and other documents; ensure integration of planning principles and practices.
• Prepare draft legislative proposals for the Commissioner's Office regarding OMB, GAO, and Congressional committees.
