Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years experience in production scheduling or manufacturing planning.
• ERP and scheduling tools experience; cross-functional collaboration with Ops, Purchasing, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Plan weekly production needs and project total poundage and hours.
• Maintain ERP data, resolve discrepancies, and close production runs.
• Manage monthly inventory process and address variances.
• Review routing data with finance to optimize scheduling.
• Provide daily schedules for next-day production lines and coordinate with supervisors.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to order materials and materials planning.
