Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in production planning, manufacturing, or operations.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment; process manufacturing preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with customer demand and forecasts.
• Coordinate plans based on inventory, capacity, and workforce availability.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules for changing priorities or downtime.
• Collaborate with Purchasing for raw material availability.
• Analyze capacity constraints and optimize planning parameters.
• Maintain accurate ERP/MRP data, reports, and KPIs.
• Lead production meetings and communicate priorities to operations teams.
• Support inventory management and cycle counts.
