Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
• 10+ years of experience in corporate communications within pharma/biotech/healthcare.
• Experience supporting marketed products and pipeline programs, including regulatory communications or disease education.
• Experience in rare disease, nephrology, metabolic disorders or science-driven areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated communications strategies for marketed products and pipeline assets, focusing on FILSPARI and rare kidney disease programs.
• Create communications plans supporting commercial priorities and milestones (clinical updates, data presentations, regulatory events, congresses, lifecycle initiatives).
• Lead development of product communications materials (press releases, FAQs, messaging guides, thought leadership, digital assets).
• Partner with R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial, Patient Advocacy, Investor Relations, and Corporate Communications to align messaging.
• Support media relations and digital content related to products, pipeline and diseases, including preparing executives for external engagements.
• Manage agency partners, timelines and budgets and measure effectiveness of initiatives.

Education

Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field
