Job summary

Lowe's in Charlotte seeks a Sr Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for large cross-functional products. You will define the product direction, manage backlogs, and prioritize work to deliver customer value and business results.

You will collaborate with product leaders and partners to balance trade-offs, drive OKRs, and develop go-to-market plans. Lead agile ceremonies and translate data into actionable insights to improve product health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement.
• 5 years of experience in two or more of: project management, product management, business analysis, program management, experimentation, or product marketing.
• 3 years of experience in product and/or experience management.
• Experience in an agile software environment with strong writing ability.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a large organization with senior leadership.
• Experience translating data into quantifiable actions/deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Drives the vision and direction for the product, with support from product leaders, and finalizes the directional path by focusing on product value and OKRs.
• Drives product execution through cross-functional collaboration and prioritizes features to drive adoption.
• Defines customer experiences and identifies opportunities to improve products.
• Leads agile ceremonies and ensures the team delivers usable, viable, and feasible products.
• Partner with engineering to build analytics and monitor product health and impact.
• Participates in product marketing to inform go-to-market strategies.
