Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager within the Product Finance organization in the United States to drive forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning for Product P&Ls.

You will partner with Finance Management and Product Business Partners to optimize shareholder value through rigorous analysis, reporting, and scenario planning. The role emphasizes collaboration with senior leadership, detailed financial modeling, and timely communication of risks and opportunities across monthly,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• 5+ years FP&A experience including managing P&Ls, OpEx budgets, revenue/cost modeling/infrastructure spend.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong financial modeling experience.
• Able to dive into details, deliver timely results and support senior level engagement.
• Strong systems skills (Hyperion, Anaplan).

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting for forecast submissions, variance analysis and dashboards.
• Analyze results, distill/synthesize business performance indicators and assess business risk and opportunities.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Operations and Accounting to update financial outlook.
• Support Product P&Ls (Bookings, revenue, COGS, Opex) and build credible financial models.
• Communicate what the data is relaying to drive informed decisions.
