Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1–5 years of procurement experience in manufacturing or production.
• NetSuite experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process purchase orders for materials, supplies, equipment, and MRO items.
• Monitor inventory levels and post receivers.
• Analyze market trends and vendor delivery systems to assess material availability.
• Recommend order quantities based on demand forecasts and lead times.
• Manage inventory movement between primary and secondary vendors.
• Evaluate cost of goods sold and product quality to ensure optimal pricing.
