Inverto North America, backed by BCG, is seeking a Project Manager in Procurement to develop and implement strategies that create value for clients. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to optimize procurement and drive product group improvements.

The role offers exposure to diverse industries, leadership opportunities, and travel to client sites. You will lead workshops, negotiations, and presentations, while building strong client relationships and driving growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of procurement, supply chain, operations, or consulting experience.
• BS degree from an accredited university; MS preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Results-oriented mindset with leadership experience.
• Experience managing others in fast-paced client service environments.
• Proven ability to cultivate client relationships and set strategic direction.
• Deep understanding of procurement toolkit in direct/indirect categories.
• Business-fluent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel to client sites; travel may be significant.
• Authentic entrepreneurial spirit and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead holistic project management across procurement processes and product groups.
• Develop custom solutions and support new customer acquisition.
• Manage fast-paced, entrepreneurial project environments.
• Consult with clients on high-visibility topics and lead workshops.
• Present processes and structures to clients and secure buy-in.
• Collaborate across disciplines and centers of excellence.
• Support cross-industry knowledge development and career growth for the team.
