• Achieve defined procurement objectives and improve processes.
• Define contract requirements and draft small portfolio specifications.
• Deliver results by managing daily relations with contract service providers.
• Execute category plans and achieve targeted category goals; identify improvements.
• Negotiate with stakeholders; analyze cost drivers, market dynamics, risks, and alternatives.
• Provide budgeting for a function and perform complex budgeting analysis.
• Offer technical guidance and mentoring as needed.
• Review and create clear reports and provide guidance as necessary.
