Qualifications

• Zero to two years for PAMA I; three to five years for PAMA II; six to eight for PAMA III; eight years for PAMA IV, in procurement and materials planning.
• Equivalent experience: 5–12 years in Supply Chain with focus on inventory, procurement and management.
• Certifications: none stated. Specialized skills: MS Excel and Office suite; Lawson software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Procure pre-assigned commodities from sources at best value within company policies.
• Coordinate with planners for end-to-end procurement, inventory maintenance and material availability.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules; ensure supplier on-time delivery and quality.
• Analyze material needs, supplier options, and cost trends; resolve invoice issues and close orders.
• Maintain and improve terms and conditions to meet evolving business needs and legal requirements.
