Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Material Control Analyst for ADEF to develop supplier sourcing strategies and manage supplier performance across cross-functional teams. The role focuses on continuity of supply, quality, and cost targets within a fast-paced environment onsite five days a week.

The candidate will lead supplier reviews, assess risks, and negotiate contracts while leveraging SAP and MS Excel/PowerPoint to support data-driven decisions. U.S.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline is required.
• 5+ years of procurement or supply chain experience.
• Experience with SAP as MRP system.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multi-task in dynamic environments.
• Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• FAR 15 experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Procure materials, equipment, supplies and services based on program requirements.
• Create and manage purchase orders per specifications and terms.
• Execute sourcing strategies considering spend, demand and market conditions.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and engineering to ensure on-time delivery and targets.
• Develop and manage supplier relationships, metrics and performance.
• Lead supplier negotiations including RFP/RFQ, contracts, and savings targets.
• Identify supply risks and propose mitigation or alternatives.
• Chair supplier meetings as required (monthly/weekly).
• Perform additional duties as needed by management.
