Job summary

Subway is seeking a Manager, Procurement — Corporate Spend Sourcing to own sourcing execution and drive EBITDA delivery within a portion of the company’s indirect corporate spend. Reporting to the Director, Procurement, you will build supplier relationships, execute strategy, and lead savings delivery for a high-impact portion of Subway’s procurement function.

Qualifications

• Strategic sourcing expertise: RFx design, competitive bidding, and negotiation.
• Category management across indirect spend categories.
• Financial acumen: build supplier business cases, model TCO, and translate savings to EBITDA impact — not cost avoidance.
• Proficiency with spend analytics tools and spend cube data to identify opportunity, track execution, and validate savings with Finance.
• Contract management: authoring, redlining, and managing supplier agreements; understanding of commercial risk.
• Experience with eSourcing platforms and procurement technology (Spend Analytics and CLM).
• Executive presence: presenting to senior stakeholders; translate procurement value into business language.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of procurement and strategic sourcing experience, including hands-on ownership of sourcing events and negotiations.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering realized EBITDA savings on indirect spend categories.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing execution within assigned corporate indirect spending categories, such as Professional Services, HR/Benefits, Finance & Legal, or Contingent Workforce, per category roadmap.
• Develop, lead, and execute competitive sourcing events, supplier negotiations, and contract award recommendations with key stakeholders; identify opportunities using spend analytics and benchmarks.
• Own execution of the savings pipeline for assigned categories from opportunity identification through contracting and Finance validation; deliver a share of the 15% savings target.
• Build trusted relationships with HR, Finance, Legal, and leadership so sourcing decisions are business-led; manage supplier relationships and reviews.
• Partner with the Director, Procurement to apply processes, templates, governance, and policy standards; mentor sourcing analysts.
